eAuctionsNews is an information service. Listings are collected automatically from public bank e-auction portals and bank websites. They can be incomplete, out of date or contain errors made at the source or while copying.

The bank's own sale notice is the only authoritative document. If anything on this site differs from it, the notice is correct.

Check with the bank before you bid

Before paying an EMD or bidding, always read the full sale notice and confirm the details with the bank's authorised officer. That includes the reserve price, dates, dues, possession status and title. Inspect the property and take independent legal advice. Auctions are usually "as is where is", and the bank gives no warranty.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. We don't run auctions, accept bids or payments, or act on behalf of any bank, borrower or bidder. We are not responsible for:

Keep your password private. Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at a harmful rate, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
